Automatic subscription renewal
Monthly and yearly Lemon Squeezy subscriptions renew automatically at the frequency shown during checkout until you cancel. You can stop future renewals through Manage Subscription. Your existing paid reading access normally continues through the end of the paid term, subject to refunds and applicable law.
Acceptance and eligibility
By accessing TALEZYRA you agree to these terms to the extent applicable. You must have the legal capacity to enter into a paid contract in your jurisdiction. If you do not agree, do not purchase access.
What the platform provides
We provide online reading access to listed stories. Free preview pages may be available to guests. Paid pages require a registered account with active access. Availability of particular titles or languages can change.
Account responsibility
Use accurate registration information, protect your password and notify support of suspected unauthorized activity. Do not share a paid account for resale or bypass access restrictions. We may restrict misuse, subject to applicable law.
Paid access and prices
New plans cost $2 monthly or $12 yearly (USD) before applicable checkout taxes. These Lemon Squeezy subscriptions renew automatically at the selected interval until cancelled. Manage Subscription stops future renewal charges; paid access normally continues to the end of the current period, subject to refunds and applicable law.
Payment verification
Reading access is activated only after the payment processor confirms the transaction. A failed or pending checkout does not activate access. Please contact support with the transaction reference if your payment succeeded but the account was not updated.
Limited reading license
Buying access grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to read content personally within the service during the purchased period. It does not grant permission to scrape, mass-copy, re-upload, translate, distribute, resell or commercially exploit any story. The respective rights holders retain their rights.
Content supplied by third parties
Some titles may be acquired from third-party suppliers. Purchase from a supplier is not, by itself, proof of copyright permission. We may suspend or remove a title while examining a credible ownership or licensing complaint; see the Copyright Policy.
Intellectual property and complaints
We respect authors, translators, publishers and authorized rights holders. If you believe a listed work unlawfully copies, translates, adapts or reproduces yours, submit a report through the Copyright Policy or Support page. Similar topics or generic ideas alone may not establish infringement.
Availability and interruptions
We work to keep reading access available but maintenance, technical incidents or lawful content removals may occur. If paid access is substantially unavailable, contact support so we can investigate appropriate restoration or a remedy under the Refund Policy and applicable law.
Refunds, disputes and legal rights
Refund requests are handled under our Refund Policy and applicable consumer law. Nothing in these terms limits legal rights that cannot be waived. You may contact our support team before opening a payment dispute, but this does not prevent statutory dispute rights.
Changes and contacting us
We may update these terms with a posted effective date. Material changes to a paid plan will not silently create an automatic renewal or an additional charge. For questions, contact support.
