Refund and Cancellation Policy

Automatic subscription renewal
Monthly and yearly Lemon Squeezy subscriptions renew automatically at the frequency shown during checkout until you cancel. You can stop future renewals through Manage Subscription. Your existing paid reading access normally continues through the end of the paid term, subject to refunds and applicable law.
What you purchase
New plans cost $2 monthly or $12 yearly (USD) before applicable checkout taxes. These Lemon Squeezy subscriptions renew automatically at the selected interval until cancelled. Manage Subscription stops future renewal charges; paid access normally continues to the end of the current period, subject to refunds and applicable law.
How to request a refund
Open a Billing/Refund request on the Support page or email support with your account address, transaction reference, date, amount and a concise description of the issue. Please do not send card numbers or sensitive banking details.
Situations we review
We review duplicate or unauthorized charges, an incorrectly billed amount, verified payment without access, substantial technical failure, materially misdescribed content, and removal of a significant paid-access title due to an intellectual-property claim. An appropriate remedy may include restoring access, a correction, a replacement where lawful, a full or partial refund, as circumstances and applicable law require.
Change of mind and digital access
Digital-content cancellation and withdrawal rights differ by country and by whether access started. Any mandatory statutory cooling-off, withdrawal, refund or conformity rights continue to apply. We do not claim that simply paying automatically waives those rights.
When access ends
You may cancel future subscription renewal at any time through the subscription portal. Existing paid access continues through the paid period unless refunded or lawfully suspended.
Payment timelines and decisions
We will review requests and may ask for limited additional evidence. Approved refunds are processed through the original payment provider when available; the time for funds to appear depends on that provider and your financial institution. We do not promise an instant bank settlement.
Disputes and consumer protection
This policy does not override mandatory consumer rights or prevent you from contacting your payment provider or competent consumer authority. Please give us enough information to locate and investigate the transaction.
