Copyright and Content Reporting Policy
Effective: 27 October 2026
Our commitment
TALEZYRA respects literary, translation, adaptation, illustration and publishing rights. We accept reports that a listed story, translation, rewrite, cover image or other material may have been published without the necessary rights.
What may be reported
Report a suspected unauthorized copy, substantial reproduction, translated version, derivative adaptation or copied cover. Identical titles, broad plots, tropes or common ideas alone do not automatically show copyright infringement; please explain specific similarities in protected expression.
Information to include
Please include: (1) the URL and title of the TALEZYRA story; (2) original work title and author, translator or publisher; (3) URL, ISBN, publication details or other evidence of the original; (4) the specific passages/pages and explanation of similarity; (5) your name, contact email and relationship to the rightsholder; and (6) a good-faith statement that the identified use appears unauthorized. Include a signature/authorization statement if you are formally asserting rights.
How to submit
Choose “Copyright / Content Report” in our Support form or email the support address with the subject “Copyright Report”. You need not send a complete copyrighted manuscript; a lawful original link and relevant excerpts or references are usually more helpful.
Review and temporary restriction
We review sufficiently detailed complaints, may ask for more evidence, consult the content supplier or rights holder, and may temporarily restrict the title while investigating. Where the claim is supported or a legal obligation applies, we may remove or disable the relevant content promptly and preserve appropriate records.
Response and contested reports
Where appropriate we may inform the party that supplied the material and allow a supported response. We do not automatically restore disputed material merely because a supplier asserts ownership; we evaluate the evidence and any applicable notice-and-counter-notice requirements.
Repeat or bad-faith violations
We may stop accepting works from suppliers who repeatedly provide unauthorized material. Please report in good faith; knowingly false or misleading claims may have legal consequences.
Rights and liability
A report mechanism is not permission to publish protected works. A purchase from a third party, a translation, a rewrite or removal of an author name does not necessarily give the publisher exploitation rights. We seek documented permission before commercial distribution and investigate credible challenges.
Formal legal notices
Any formal notice under a particular jurisdiction should meet that law’s requirements. This general reporting channel is not, by itself, a representation that TALEZYRA has registered a DMCA designated agent or qualifies for any particular safe harbor.
